well, i did great for most of the day. until i went to my sister's house and binged a little. i had half of a totino's pizza slice(really crazy little), a peanut cluster, a mini reese's, and 2 twizzlers. i didn't want to, but i had to purge it. i started the abc diet yesterday and i really didn't want to mess that up. i feel very guilty about it, but i think i'm still under the 500cal mark for today because i threw up a LOT even though i only ate a little(just to make sure it's all out). so yeah...it's worth it. but other than that, i've done so well today. my neice asked me to make a whipped cream concoction(whipped cream, chocolate syrup, strawberry syrup, and cherries-yummmm!!!) and it was so fucking hard to not make one for myself. i did have a bite of hers, but that was included in the purge. oh! and yeah...there is an entire LARGE mcdonald's chocolate milkshake downstairs!! is that shitty or what? everytime i get ice out for my water, it's just...there. not even fair. i think the only reason i haven't devoured it is because it's my brother's(tho i think he's forgotten about it) and i don't want to be that fat family member that people have to hide their food from. anyway, here's my food diary for today...

tomorrow(day 3 of abc) is 300 calories. crossing my fingers. well, if all else fails(as in the abc), i at least know i can do just fine on 500 a day.
